Toch niet tevreden met je tegel(s)? Jammer, maar je kunt dan je aankoop retourneren. Je stuurt dan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je aankoop een email naar info@mo-tiles met je naam en ordernummer daarin vermeld. Je ontvangt dan een bevestiging van Mo Tiles waarin staat hoe en waar je het naar toe kunt sturen. Hierna heb je nog 14 dagen de tijd om het product terug te sturen. De verzendkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.
Wanneer je tegel(s) door ons in goede orde terug is ontvangen, wordt het aankoopbedrag teruggestort op de rekening waarmee je de aankoop hebt gedaan. Het bedrag wordt binnen 10 werkdagen na ontvangst van het retourpakket teruggestort. Mocht blijken dat het product bij aflevering beschadigd is vergoeden wij uiteraard alle kosten. Mo Tiles was founded by Monique de Meyere to sell artisan tiles. After a renovation, she had some glass panels left over, and as an experiment, used oil paint to paint a red lobster on one of them. After creating several glass paintings, she decided to use them to use them for making tiles.
The designs on glass proved to be ideal for images on tiles, as the colours really stand out. She was also drawn to the fact that tiles are durable, so you can enjoy them for a long time, and that they are easy to look after. What’s more, with a decorative tile, you can choose to hang it up, stand it on a surface or use it as a coaster.
Monique has loved drawing and painting since she was a child. During her studies and her career in the corporate world, she took various painting lessons and masterclasses, which have laid the foundation for her current work. Her passion is to bring joy to her customers by providing them with a work of art for their home.
